The Wagrivo Score

Every reviewed casino receives a transparent 100-point score built from seven categories. Each category has a fixed weight and a written rationale, so you can see not just the number but the reasoning behind it.

• Safety, ownership & transparency — 25 pts. Legal entity, operator history, licence verification, ownership clarity and security record.
• Withdrawals & payment reliability — 20 pts. Measured payout tests, fees, limits, consistency and unresolved complaints.
• KYC & account restrictions — 15 pts. Routine and conditional KYC, clarity of triggers, frozen-account provisions and country/VPN rules.
• Responsible-gambling protections — 10 pts. Self-exclusion, deposit and time limits, reality checks and accessible support information.
• Support & dispute handling — 10 pts. Response channels, measured response times, escalation and dispute options.
• Bonus fairness — 10 pts. Wagering, maximum bet, expiry, excluded games, maximum cashout and overall clarity.
• Games, product & crypto support — 10 pts. Providers, product breadth, network support, usability and crypto-specific functionality.

Critical flags can override the number

A high mathematical score does not guarantee a recommendation. If we find a critical unresolved safety concern — for example a failed payout test, a materially misleading term, or an unverifiable operator — the casino can be capped or marked Not recommended regardless of its arithmetic.

Commercial independence

Wagrivo earns affiliate commission when readers register or play through our links. To keep that from influencing our judgement, affiliate programs, commission models and destination links live in separate, admin-only records. The scoring model has no access to them. How we test payouts and KYC

Where we test a casino directly, we record the asset, network, amounts, timestamps, duration, fees, whether KYC was requested, and the outcome — with the reviewer and verification date attached. KYC is recorded as separate fields for registration, routine withdrawal, and conditional triggers. We never describe a conditional-KYC site as fully anonymous.

Freshness

Facts go stale. Each material record carries its own verification date, and a casino page reflects the age of its oldest important fact rather than a single misleading “last updated” stamp. When a fact passes our freshness threshold, we flag it for re-checking and may limit its ranking eligibility.

Recommendation labels

• Recommended — strong score, no unresolved critical flags, sufficiently fresh verification.
• Worth considering — reasonable result with disclosed limitations.
• Use caution — significant uncertainty, restrictive terms or mixed history.
• Not recommended — critical unresolved concerns, misleading terms or failed tests.
• Unrated — insufficient verified data for a responsible recommendation.
